Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

We do not share your data.

BlockRun does not sell, rent, or share your prompts and completions with anyone. We do not train models on your data. We do not link your wallet address to a real-world identity. Paying per call through the API requires no sign-up, no account, and no email address. If you choose an API key and a monthly invoice instead, we keep the account and billing details you give us for that.

When you make an API request, your prompt is sent to the model you selected, solely to generate the response you asked for. If that model fails, the request may be retried on a fallback model; if you use a router such as ClawRouter, the router picks the model. Your prompt is never sent anywhere else.

What we collect

  • Usage records — model, token counts, price, timestamp, response status, and the number of messages and length of the answer. Never the text of either. Used for billing, reconciliation, and debugging.
  • Connection metadata — IP address, user agent, and country. Used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • On-chain payment data — wallet address, transaction hash, amount. Already public on Base / Solana.
  • Website analytics — page views and device type via Google Analytics. Not linked to wallet or API activity.

Prompts and completions are not stored beyond the duration of the request. An image or music job keeps its prompt only until the job finishes. The images, video, and audio you generate are kept at the URL we return, so you can download them.

Usage records and connection metadata are deleted after 13 months. On-chain payment data stays on the public chain, where we cannot remove it.

The Solana gateway (sol.blockrun.ai) runs with zero data retention. See Solana Gateway: Zero Data Retention.

What we never collect

  • Names, emails, phone numbers, or identity documents as part of using the API — a request carries nothing about you beyond the wallet that paid for it
  • Wallet private keys or seed phrases
  • Persistent logs of your prompts or completions

Email you send us is kept only to answer it and is never linked to wallet or API activity.

Cookies and analytics

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics' _ga and _ga_*, which hold a random identifier so that two page views can be counted as one visit. They last up to two years in your browser. Google retains the resulting event data for no more than 14 months. We use it for page views and device type only; it is never linked to a wallet address or to API activity, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics consent is set to denied by default and these cookies are not written — there is no banner because nothing on this site needs a cookie to work. Anywhere else, you can opt out with Google's analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies for blockrun.ai in your browser; the site works the same either way. The API sets no cookies. A light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device.

Upstream providers

To return a response, your prompt has to reach the provider of the model that answers it (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). BlockRun uses providers' paid API tiers, which do not train on API traffic. Some providers keep API requests for a limited period to monitor abuse, under their own terms. We do not opt in to any free or training-data programs on your behalf.
